What we do

Smart Control. Safe Operation. Seamless Integration.

From standalone control panels to fully integrated automation systems, Futura Systems designs, builds, and supports intelligent solutions that improve operational safety, efficiency, and reliability across complex industrial environments.

Our Expertise

With decades of hands-on experience and in-house engineering capability.

Futura Systems delivers control and automation systems that meet the specific technical and regulatory needs of each project. We work across multiple sectors—such as aerospace, energy, manufacturing, and transport—helping clients move away from outdated systems and toward smarter, more connected operations.

What We Offer

End-to-end services in control and automation.

Control Panel Design & Assembly

Custom-designed control panels tailored to your processes, environments, and compliance requirements—built in-house and factory tested before delivery.

PLC Programming & System Integration

We develop and configure PLC systems using platforms like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff, and others—offering seamless integration with new or existing infrastructure.

HMI & SCADA Interfaces

User-friendly operator interfaces (HMI) and supervisory systems (SCADA) for live process monitoring, fault logging, data tracking, and remote access.

Functional Safety & Compliance

We implement safety-integrated functions and interlocks that comply with SIL, ATEX, and other industry safety standards—keeping people, assets, and operations protected.

How We Work

Built Around You, Engineered to Last

We take a collaborative, structured approach to delivering automation systems that perform reliably from day one.

1

Project Consultation & Requirements Gathering

We start by working closely with your team to fully understand your operational processes, site conditions, compliance obligations, and future scalability needs.

  • Site surveys and process audits.
  • Risk assessments and safety zoning (if applicable).
  • Clarification of I/O requirements, device types, and communication protocols.
  • Identifying any existing control infrastructure and integration points.
2

System Design & Software Development

Once the scope is defined, our engineering team develops a full system design, including:

  • Electrical schematics and control logic.
  • Panel layout and enclosure sizing.
  • Functional safety features.
  • PLC and HMI architecture.
  • Software design specifications (SDS) and I/O lists.

We ensure all designs are tailored to your workflows while aligning with industry standards and safety requirements (e.g., IEC 60204, SIL ratings, ATEX).

3

In-House Panel Build & Software Development

All control panels are built in our UK facility by qualified technicians, ensuring quality and fast turnaround. Our automation engineers develop PLC and HMI/SCADA software on platforms including

  • Siemens TIA Portal
  • Allen-Bradley (Rockwell) Studio 5000
  • Beckhoff TwinCAT
  • Mitsubishi GX Works
  • Schneider Electric EcoStruxure

We support single-loop control, batch processes, complex sequencing, data logging, and alarm management.

4

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

Before delivery, we conduct full FAT procedures to verify system performance, logic functionality, and interface behaviour minimising on-site disruption and ensuring a smooth installation phase.Clients are invited to witness the testing and sign off on system acceptance.

5

Installation, Commissioning & Training

Once approved, we handle on-site installation and commissioning—including:

  • Cable termination and equipment interfacing
  • Final testing and validation
  • Safety interlock testing and verification
  • Operator training and system handover

All systems are delivered with comprehensive O&M documentation, wiring diagrams, and software backups.

6

Ongoing Support & Maintenance

We offer flexible support options post-installation, including:

  • Remote system monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Software updates and reprogramming
  • Scheduled maintenance and compliance checks
  • System expansion and retrofit support

This ensures your automation systems continue to operate reliably, safely, and efficiently over the long term.
